Some Semi Precious Stones
Actinolite is composed of hydrous calcium magnesium iron silicate and occurs as elongated columnar, bladed or prismatic crystals that are transparent to opaque. It is normally a shade of green and sometimes manifests in shades of greyish-green to almost black.
Agate is in the mineral group Oxides. Agate forms from microscopic quartz crystals deposited in layers. Sometimes they are banded with jasper, chalcedony and quartz. They are considered grounding protective and calming. It is considered a good choice for balancing energy and harmonizing the body mind and spirit.
There are many different types of agate, black, blue, fire agate with layers of Limonite, and banded agate and moss agate.
Blue Topaz is one of the most popular semi-precious stones used in modern jewelry today. It's bright blue shiny qualities make it a desirable stone for quality and fun jewelry.
